WHERE IS THE CENTER?

**Please note:  both the Lowry and Camden bridges are closed for construction.  Please make alternate travel plans if you intend to use these routes**

By Bus

The Minneapolis Shambhala Center is on the city bus line. The ‘18’ goes by the Center. Check the schedule to learn when it arrives at Grand Street NE and 29th Avenue. Our address is 2931 Grand Street NE.

Parking

There is parking at the rear of the Center, as well as plenty of parking on Grand Street.

Accessibility

The Center is most handicapped accessible from the rear parking lot.

Entrance

We use the door on the north side of the Center, up the stairs from Grand Street, or handicap accessible from the rear parking lot. The coat room is just inside the north door.

The front door of the Center is not regularly used.

Driving Directions

DIRECTIONS FROM I94 WEST:
Exit the Broadway/Washington exit
Turn left on Washington
Turn right on Broadway

Turn left on Marshall

Turn right on 29th Ave NE
Turn left on Grand Street NE
Drive one half block to 2931 Grand Street NE
The Center is on the right hand side of Grand Street.

DIRECTIONS FROM 35W SOUTH:
Exit 35W S onto the 4th Street exit
Turn left on 4th Street
Drive about a mile to 1st Avenue NE
Turn left on 1st Avenue NE
Immediately turn right on University Avenue
Drive about 3 miles to Lowry Avenue NE
Turn left on Lowry Ave NE
Turn right on Grand Street NE
Drive one half mile to 2931 Grand Street NE
The Center is on the right hand side of Grand Street.
