The Heart of Warriorship program comprises the first five Shambhala Training workshops. These workshops, or "levels," provide a strong foundation in mindfulness-awareness meditation practice, emphasizing the development of genuine confidence, humour, and personal dignity within the complexity of daily life.

In the Level II Birth of a Warrior program, we focus on deepening the meditation practice through the cultivation of contentment and simplicity.  Through understanding the painful conditions and emotions that keep us trapped in habitual patterns, we can open to our inherent goodness and express the qualities of gentleness, appreciation and steadiness.

prerequisite: Shambhala Training Level I

Please contact Brenda Sussna, director of Shambhala Training, with any questions at: brenda@brendasussnadesign.com
